I relocated to Savannah in 2016 from a very busy Atlanta metropolitan. Very quickly, I was accepted and warmed with southern hospitality, making me love the area. Also having a lot of military friends, I came to realize how important their support is on us and our local community. In addition, I use every opportunity available to invest in and restore old houses in Savannah, further bringing value to the local area.
In my spare time, I like to run. Of course, I don’t miss any chances to participate in the local Rock’n’Roll Marathon or similar events. Another of my hobbies is oil painting, which brings me peace and calm. My heart is with kids who have Autism and pets. Due to this, one local organization I support is Easter Seals. They are an important asset to families who have kids with Autism by helping financially with summer camps, respite care, and more.
Originally I am from Ukraine, a very historical country in Eastern Europe. Thanks to this, I am easily amused by historic architecture, including all of what Savannah has to offer. I understand the value of style and comfort which helps me with real estate searches.
My pleasure is in helping people to find exactly what they are looking for, or even pleasantly surprising them with better. Choosing a perfect fit for first time home buyers is also a passion of mine because I was one of them in Savannah not long ago. In addition, investing is something I have grown to love and appreciate. Working with the investors over the last few years and investing myself, I have gained a plethora of knowledge about the Savannah Area that gives me the experience to both be a good resource for buying and selling.
